低平板半挂 Low-bed semi-trailer
低平板半挂车有平板式,凹粱式和轮胎外露式结构,其车架为阶梯型,纵梁截面为工字型,具有刚度高、强度高等特点。
车架货台主平面低,保证了运输的平稳性,适宜运载各类工程机械、大型设备和钢材等。
采用三轴平衡式、双轴平衡式或钢性悬架,在前后钢板弹簧之间装有质量平衡块,前后钢板弹簧是绕度等量变化,使前后轴手里均衡等。
二氧化碳气体逆变焊接,整个车架经喷丸处理,使车辆更美观。
Low-bed semi-trailers feature flatbed, concave beam and exposed tire structures. Their frames are stepped-shaped with I-shaped longitudinal beam cross-sections, boasting high rigidity and strength.
The main surface of the frame cargo platform is low, ensuring stable transportation and suitable for hauling various construction machinery, large-scale equipment, steel products and other goods.
It adopts three-axle balanced, two-axle balanced or rigid suspension. Mass balance blocks are installed between the front and rear leaf springs, enabling equal deflection variation of the springs and balanced stress on the front and rear axles.
The frame is welded by carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding and treated with shot peening, presenting an attractive overall appearance of the vehicle.
