半挂车车架均为穿梁式结构，纵梁采用平直式或鹅颈式。腹板高度从 400mm至500mm锰板焊接，纵梁采用自动埋弧焊接

车架采用抛丸处理，横梁穿人纵梁并焊接整体。

悬架采用非独立钢板冲压式刚性悬挂(可选装空气悬挂)由串联式钢板弹簧和悬挂支座组成结构合理，具有较强的刚性和强度，用来支承载荷减缓冲击。

The entire vehicle body is manufactured with high-quality steel, advanced technology and strict production processes. It features a reasonable structure, reliable performance, simple operation and attractive appearance.

The frame of the semi-trailer adopts a cross-beam structure, and the longitudinal beams are straight or gooseneck styled. The web plates with a height ranging from 400mm to 500mm are welded manganese plates, and the longitudinal beams are processed by automatic submerged arc welding.

The frame undergoes shot blasting treatment. Cross beams penetrate into longitudinal beams and are welded into an integrated structure.

The suspension is a non-independent stamped steel rigid suspension, with air suspension available as an optional accessory. Composed of series leaf springs and suspension supports, it boasts a sound structure and high rigidity and strength, capable of bearing loads and cushioning impacts.
