厢式运输半挂车车架均为穿梁式结构,纵梁采用平直式或鹅颈式腹板高度从400至500锰板焊接,纵梁采用自动埋弧焊接,车架采用
抛丸处理,横梁穿入纵梁并焊接整体。
支撑载荷减缓冲击
悬挂采用非独立钢板冲压刚性悬挂(可选装空气式悬挂)由串联式钢板弹簧悬架挂支座组成;结构理,具有较强的钢性和硬度,用来支撑载荷减缓冲击。
Box semi-trailers are divided into cargo box semi-trailers and box vehicles modified from Class II chassis.
The whole vehicle body is manufactured with high-quality steel, advanced technologies and strict production processes. The frame of cargo box semi-trailers adopts a through-beam structure. The longitudinal beams are welded with manganese steel plates ranging from 400 to 500 millimeters in web height in straight or gooseneck styles. Longitudinal beams are welded via automatic submerged arc welding, and the frame undergoes shot blasting treatment. Cross beams penetrate into longitudinal beams and are welded into an integrated structure.
Load Bearing and Shock Absorption
The suspension is a non-independent stamped steel rigid suspension with optional air suspension, composed of tandem leaf spring assemblies and suspension supports. Boasting a rational structure and high rigidity and hardness, it effectively bears loads and cushions impacts.
